IN PARTICULAR, ANTHOCYANINS HAVE BEEN INVERSELY RELATED TO THE RISK OF CVD. A LIMITATION OF HUMAN TRIALS CARRIED OUT SO FAR ON FOODS RICH IN ANTHOCYANINS IS THAT THEY CANNOT PROVE THEIR EFFECTS SINCE FOODS CONTAIN OTHER POTENTIALLY BIOACTIVE COMPONENTS, AND THEREFORE CONTROL FOODS ARE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN. In this framework, the primary object of the CoORDINAD project is to anticipate in the knowledge of the potentially beneficial effects for the health and in the mechanisms of action of the anthocyanins in the improvement of the RCM FACTORS, FOCALIZATED IN THE LDLC REDUCTION AS PRINCIPAL VARIABLE._x000D_ To Achieve THIS OBJECTIVE, A NEW VARIED OF MANZANA DE PULPA DE PULPA biofortified IN ANTOCIANINS, OBTENTED BY VARIETAL IMPROVEMENT TECNICATIONS, BE UTILIED AS ANTOCIANIN FUENTS. AS AN ADVANTAGE, ADEQUATE CONTROL (A VARIETY OF WHITE PULP APPLES WITH A SIMILAR CONTENT OF OTHER PHYTOCHEMICALS) WILL BE OFFERED, WITH ANTHOCYANIN SUPPLEMENTATION BEING THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. THIS APPROACH WILL ALLOW DIRECT LINKAGE OF APPLE ANTHOCYANINS WITH OBSERVED EFFECTS ALLOWING THE STUDY OF UNDERLYING MECHANISMS OF ACTION. The COMPARATION OF the biofortified MANZANA WITH an EXTRACT OF ANTOCIANINS OBTAINS OF THIS MANZANA VARIATE will allow to evaluate the impact of the Food MATRIZ on the OBSERVED EFFECTS OF ANTOCIANINS._x000D_ SPECIFIC OBJECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF Subproject 1 SON:_x000D_ — SELECTION OF THE ROAD PULPA MANZANA VARIED WITH A MORE CONTROL CONTROL AND THEIR CONTROL CONTROL (White PULPA MANZANA VARIED IN ANTOCIANIN BUT WITH A SIMILAR CONTENT IN OTHER Phytochemicals) to be used for the consecution of OBJECTIVE NEXTENTS._x000D_ — EVALUATION OF TECHNOLOGIC DESHIDRATATION PROCESSING EFFECTS IN THE CONTENT OF FENOLES WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRODUCT TYPE SNACK._x000D_ — DEVELOPMENT AND Validation OF A METHODS OF ANTOCIANIN METHODS and other phenols in the use of DRY BLOOD SPOT (DBS) CARDS._x000D_ — DETERMINATION OF THE BIODISPONIBILITY OF ANTOCIANINS FOR ANGESTA STUDY IN HUMANs focussed on assessing the matrix effect of the manzan on its biodisponability._x000D_ — determination of biomarkers for the consumption of anthocyanins and their biologistic metabolites in PLASMA and ORINA aroused by a supplementation sustained in HUMANs. _x000D_ the PROJECT offers a unique opportunity for obtaining results from innovation in the field, based in annoCIANINS, to the implementation of the contract in relation to one of the most current risks: DEVELOPMENT OF SIMPLE, NUTRITIOUS AND ECONOMICAL STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING CA RISK FACTORS (English)
