Modernización y Actualización de los medios TIC del Ayuntamiento de Cádiz para la Administración Electrónica, la prestación de servicios sociales y la publicación de contenidos digitales, a través del : _x000D_ 1. Desarrollo de los módulos de la aplicación GISS: que permitirá la tramitación digital e integrada de los procedimientos de Servicios Sociales, que a su vez favorecerá la prestación de un servicio eficiente a la ciudadanía, en especial a las personas en riesgo de exclusión usuarias de los servicios sociales municipales. Para ello es imprescindible dotar al servicio de los medios necesarios que permita prestar el servicio con eficacia y agilidad:_x000D_ • Desarrollo de los módulos de la aplicación GISS (Personal técnico: programadores/as )._x000D_ • Modernización del equipamiento informático (para su adaptación a los requerimientos de la aplicación._x000D_ 2. Modernización y actualización de las infraestructuras TIC municipales: para alcanzar la capacidad de proceso y almacenamiento que la administración electrónica requiere para ser eficiente. Para ello es necesario introducir la Gestión Documental como herramienta transversal para todas las áreas municipales, de cara a conseguir el objetivo fundamental de agilizar los trámites de los ciudadanos y empresas que se relacionan con el Ayuntamiento de Cádiz._x000D_ _x000D_ 3.
