Osnovni namen projekta je zagotoviti ustrezne prostorske pogoje (kapaciteto, prostor in opremo) v OZG OE Zdravstveni dom Kranj, ki bodo omogočili vzpostavitev in delovanje integriranega centra za krepitev zdravja v OZG OE ZD Kranj. Ustrezni prostorski pogoji so namreč predpogoj za izvajanje nadgrajenih preventivnih programov, ki se izvajajo v okviru primarnega zdravstvenega varstva. (Slovenian)

The main purpose of the project is to provide adequate spatial conditions (capacities, space and equipment) in the OZG OE Health Centre Kranj, which will enable the establishment and operation of an integrated health promotion centre in the OZG OE ZD Kranj. Appropriate spatial conditions are a prerequisite for the implementation of upgraded preventive programmes implemented in the context of primary health care. (English)
