Namen in cilj RRI projekta je razviti končni produkt - sistem za avtomatično tirno tehtanje in merjenje vlakovnih kompozicij. Produkt bo omogočal tehtanje lokomotive in vagonov v samem procesu premikanja. (Slovenian)

The purpose and objective of the RRI project is to develop the final product — a system for automatic track weighing and measuring train compositions. The product will allow the weighing of locomotives and wagons in the process of moving. The weighing cells will be linked to an application into which data on the weight and length of the entire composition will be transferred and will include other data on the characteristics of wagons and locomotives. Data transmission will be fully automated, allowing users to track cargo in real time anywhere and at any time. Through weighing cells, the train composition will move faster than before, will allow for more accurate weighing, and due to automation there will be no possibility of reading errors. (English)
