S projektom bo omogočena implementacija nadgradenj preventivnih pregledom za otroke in mladostnike, izvajanje preventivnih obravnav za ogrožene otroke in mladostnike ter izvajanje integrirane preventive kroničnih bolezni na primarni ravni zdravstvenega varstva, vključevanje ranljivih oseb v preventivno zdravstveno varstvo ter uvajanje modela skupnostnega pristopa za krepitev zdravja in zmanjševanje neenakosti v zdravju v lokalni skupnosti.
