En este proyecto propone desplegar redes FTTH-GPON en las entidades singulares de La Bañeza (perteneciente al municipio de La Bañeza, provincia de León), Toro (perteneciente al municipio de Toro, provincia de Zamora) y Bembibre (perteneciente al municipio de Bembibre, provincia de León). Dichas redes consisten en la instalación de un equipo de cabecera OLT, así como el despliegue de fibra óptica y los elementos encargados de la división óptica para la distribución.
