La actuación a realizar consiste en sustituir un sistema de corte por chorro de agua Flow WM2C que disponemos en nuestras instalaciones por el sistema Flow Mach 500, la última novedad en sistemas de corte por agua a presión._x000D_ La máquina Mach 500 combina una arquitectura moderna con tecnología de corte de última generación. En comparación con otros sistemas de corte por chorro de agua, el Mach 500 ofrece un plus en exactitud, rapidez y velocidad. Corta más piezas con una precisión sin precedentes y aumenta la productividad, manteniendo un consumo energético reducido._x000D_ Entre las características más destacadas se encuentran: _x000D_ -El Mach 500 ha sido construido conforme a los más modernos conceptos de ingeniería mecánica y se puede combinar con funciones avanzadas como Dynamic Waterjet o Dynamic Waterjet XD y Compass (sensor de altura de alta precisión para equipos de corte por chorro de agua) _x000D_ -Todos los componentes de la máquina se controlan a través de una confortable consola de control móvil que cubre toda el área de trabajo _x000D_ -Las estructuras soltadas esenciales se liberan de tensiones térmicas para garantizar tolerancias muy ajustadas _x000D_ Dynamic Waterjet representa el mayor avance en la historia del corte por chorro de agua, debido a que permite producir piezas con tolerancias muy ajustadas manteniendo al mismo tiempo elevadas velocidades de corte. La conicidad, que se presenta en piezas fabricadas en equipos convencionales de corte por chorro de agua, se ha eliminado prácticamente por completo. Gracias a Dynamic Waterjet se pueden producir de la manera más sencilla componentes con esquinas más precisas. _x000D_ En el cabezal de corte por chorro abrasivo Flow Paser se aprovecha la energía del chorro de agua a alta presión para acelerar las partículas abrasivas, se genera un chorro de agua y abrasivo de alta energía que es capaz de cortar casi cualquier material. Éste sistema reduce significativamente las obstrucciones por arena abrasiva y las oscilaciones del flujo de abrasivo, facilitando así un rendimiento continuado.
