La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 24.529 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de 79 entidades singulares de población y la excepción de exclusión de Santa Comba pertenecientes a 14 municipios , de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, los cuales se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
