Intervención pública para realizar un proceso de acompañamiento social a familias excluidas o en riesgo de exclusión social y residencial, para facilitar el acceso al uso y disfrute de una vivienda normalizada. La operación lleva aparejados dos tipos de actuaciones; por un lado, la adquisición, por parte del Ayuntamiento de Albacete, de la plena propiedad de 19 viviendas situadas dentro del casco urbano de la ciudad, con el fin de ampliar el parque de viviendas municipales destinadas a alquiler social, y por otro medidas de acompañamiento en educación, formación y empleo, así como las de carácter social, con el fin de fomentar un efecto de integración social a largo plazo.
