La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de velocidad de al menos 100Mbps, mediante una solución tecnológica basada en el estándar GPON en un escenario de Fibra Óptica hasta el hogar (FTTH), a 8.635 unidades inmobiliarias de 216 entidades singulares de población , correspondientes a los municipios de Cabranes, Carreño, Gozón, Noreña, Quirós, Sariego, Siero y Villaviciosa (Principado de Asturias), las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión.
