SE PARTIRA DE MATERIAS PRIMAS DE NATURALEZA LIGNOCELULOSICA QUE SERAN SOMETIDAS A TRATAMIENTOS FISICOS (MOLIENDA), Y FISICO-QUIMICOS (EXPLOSION POR VAPOR Y AUTOHIDROLISIS) Y, POSTERIORMENTE, A PROCESOS DE FERMENTACION EN ESTADO SOLIDO CON NUEVOS HONGOS ENDOFITOS Y ACTINOBACTERIAS. A PARTIR DE ESTOS MATERIALES PRETRATADOS Y FERMENTADOS SE OBTENDRAN PASTAS DE CELULOSA, NANOFIBRAS Y BIOETANOL. LAS FRACCIONES INTERMEDIAS O RESIDUALES DE ESTOS TRATAMIENTOS JUNTO CON LOS PRODUCTOS TERMINADOS (LAS PASTAS DE CELULOSA Y NANOFIBRAS) SE FUNCIONALIZARAN CON DIFERENTES GRUPOS REACTIVOS PARA CONSEGUIR BIOESPESANTES QUE PROPORCIONEN UNA DISPERSION ESTABLE TIPO GEL EN FASE OLEOSA. SE ANALIZARA ESPECIALMENTE LA VIABILIDAD DE LAS LIGNINAS EXTRAIDAS DE LOS SUSTRATOS FERMENTADOS, DEL RESIDUO DE SACARIFICACION Y DE LA LEJIA KRAFT RESIDUAL DEL PROCESO DE PASTEADO, ASI COMO DE LAS PASTAS Y NANOFIBRAS UNA VEZ FUNCIONALIZADAS CON LACASAS. LAS DIFERENTES FRACCIONES LIGNOCELULOSICAS SE MEZCLARAN DE FORMA EFICIENTE CON ACEITES VEGETALES Y/U OTROS DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS DE INTERES PARA OBTENER GELES ESTABLES, OPTIMIZANDO SU COMPOSICION Y LAS VARIABLES DE PROCESADO ATENDIENDO A SUS PROPIEDADES FUNCIONALES (PROPIEDADES REOLOGICAS Y TRIBOLOGICAS, ESTABILIDAD TERMICA, QUIMICA O MECANICA, ADHESIVIDAD, PROPIEDADES DE CURADO,¿) SEGUN LA APLICACION A LA QUE SE DESTINEN._x000D_ POR TANTO, LA FINALIDAD ULTIMA DE ESTE PROYECTO ES LA DE DESARROLLAR LOS CONOCIMIENTOS CIENTIFICOS Y TECNOLOGICOS NECESARIOS PARA UTILIZAR DIFERENTES FRACCIONES LIGNOCELULOSICAS RESULTANTES DE PROCESOS FERMENTATIVOS, DE PASTEADO O DE PRODUCCION DE NANOFIBRAS Y BIOETANOL, UNA VEZ TRATADAS Y/O MODIFICADAS QUIMICAMENTE, COMO ESPESANTES EN FASE ORGANICA, DANDO LUGAR A FORMULACIONES DE BAJO IMPACTO AMBIENTAL. EL ANALISIS DEL CICLO DE VIDA DE LOS MATERIALES IMPLICADOS EN LOS PROCESOS Y LOS ENSAYOS DE BIODEGRADABILIDAD Y ECOTOXICIDAD VERIFICARAN EL IMPACTO DE LOS OLEOGELES OBTENIDOS. (Spanish)

    THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP NEW ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY THICKENERS BASED ON LIGNOCELULOSICAL FRACTIONS FOR BIODEGRADABLE ORGANIC PHASE GEL FORMULATIONS (OIL) WITH VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS (LUBRICANTS, ADHESIVES, COATINGS, FILMS,..), IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTIVES. IT SHALL BE DERIVED FROM RAW MATERIALS OF A LIGNOCELULOSICA NATURE THAT WILL BE SUBJECTED TO PHYSICAL (MOLE) AND PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL TREATMENTS (VAPOUR EXPLOSION AND AUTOHIDROLISIS) AND SUBSEQUENTLY TO FERMENTATION PROCESSES IN SOLID STATE WITH NEW ENDOPHITE FUNGI AND ACTINOBACTERIA. FROM THESE PRE-TREATED AND FERMENTED MATERIALS, PULPS OF CELLULOSE, NANOFIBERS AND BIOETHANOL ARE OBTAINED. THE INTERMEDIATE OR RESIDUAL FRACTIONS OF THESE TREATMENTS TOGETHER WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCTS (CELLULOSE PASTES AND NANOFIBERS) ARE FUNCIONALISED WITH DIFFERENT REAGENT GROUPS TO ACHIEVE BIOESPESANTES THAT PROVIDE A STABLE DISPERSION GEL IN OILY PHASE. THE VIABILITY OF THE LIGNINS EXTRACTED FROM THE FERMENTED SUBSTRATES, THE SACARIFICATION RESIDUE AND THE RESIDUAL KRAFT BLEACH FROM THE GRAZING PROCESS, AS WELL AS PASTES AND NANOFIBERS ONCE FUNCTIONALISED WITH LACQUERS, WERE ANALYSED IN PARTICULAR. The LIGNOCELULOSIC DIFFERENTS will be blended from effective FORM with VEGETAL ACEITES and/or other organic dissolvents of interests to achieve stabilising GELES, optimising their composition and the variables of process attending to their functional property (reological and TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTY, technical STABILITY, CHEMICAL OR MECHANICAL, Adhesiveness, CURADO PROPEANCES,) AGAINST THE APPLICATION TO THIS DEVELOPMENT._x000D_ BY THAT THE ULTIMATE FINALITY OF THIS PROJECT IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL KNOWINGS NEED TO USE DIFFERENTS LIGNOCELULOSIC FRACTIONS RESULTING FERMENTATIVE PROCESSES, grazing or production of nanofibers and bioethanol, one time treated and/or chemically modified, as specsant in organic phasing out, giving place to environmental IMPACT FORMULATIONS. THE LIFE-CYCLE ANALYSIS OF THE MATERIALS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESSES AND BIODEGRADABILITY AND ECOTOXICITY TESTS WILL VERIFY THE IMPACT OF THE OLEOGELES OBTAINED. (English)
