Se pretende la peatonalización y la creación de un carril bici - ciclo calle en la calle Paseo y calles adyacentes, que harán la ciudad más amable para las personas y en especial para los niños y que favorecerán el turismo y el comercio local. _x000D_ También se hará un carril bici ciclo- calle entre núcleo urbano y zona equipamientos. Con el objetivo de conectar el entorno del casco urbano con la zona de equipamientos, en la que se encuentra el instituto, el campo de fútbol y el polideportivo, ubicado en la periferia de la zona sureste de Cieza._x000D_ Además, se construirá un aparcamiento disuasorio entre las calles Camino del Molino y José González Díaz. El estacionamiento se convertirá en inteligente a través de la implantación de diferentes sistemas de control y acceso que se llevará a cabo en un cabo a través de la operación Cieza Smart City._x000D_ También se llevarán a cabo actuaciones en movilidad eléctrica. Por último, se instalarán por el núcleo urbano puntos de recarga del vehículo eléctrico con el objetivo de fomentar el empleo de este tipo de transporte sostenible, al menos dos en el entorno de la Plaza de España o el Paseo como centros neurálgicos de la actividad económica de la ciudad.
