Research into the typology of cooling cycles using R-717, analysing the different alternatives that arise; type of evaporator: dry or flooded expansion, type of capacitor, types of oil: miscible or non-miscible, type of compressors: semi-hermetic or open, etc_x000D_ 2. Research into control strategies for process chillers with R-717 as refrigerant, analysing the different variables involved: Fan control, pumps, compressor stages, compressor speed, compression ratio, oil cooling and liquid and steam injection...     Investigación, desarrollo, diseño y construcción de los primeros prototipos y pre series de una nueva gama de equipos de enfriadoras compactas de R717, con carga crítica, utilizando compresores semiherméticos con un amplio rango de regulación de capacidad, aplicando tecnologías de última generación._x000D_ _x000D_ En el proyecto se plantea desarrollar el diseño de los equipos desde la perspectiva de la innovación y la investigación:_x000D_ -Desarrollo e investigación de nuevas tecnologías que puedan ser aplicadas en el diseño y fabricación de equipos de refrigeración basados en R717._x000D_ -Diseño de equipos aprovechando estas tecnologías con desarrollos propios._x000D_ -Reducción de la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero mediante utilización de refrigerante ecológico._x000D_ -Optimización de los rendimientos con el objetivo de ahorro de energía_x000D_ -Reducción de los niveles de contaminación acústica._x000D_ -Adaptación de los límites de funcionamiento de los equipos a países de clima mediterráneo y subtropical._x000D_ _x000D_ Dentro de los desarrollos de nuevas tecnologías hay tres líneas de investigación claramente identificadas:_x000D_ 1. Investigación en estrategias de control para enfriadoras de procesos con R-717 como refrigerante, analizando las distintas variables que intervienen: Control de ventiladores, bombas, etapas de compresores, velocidad de giro del compresor, relación de compresión, enfriamiento de aceite e inyección de líquido y vapor… Estudio de eficiencia energética y de fiabilidad y robustez para cada estrategia de control planteada._x000D_ 3. Prototipado y ensayo de enfriadoras de procesos con R-717, alcanzando el nivel de de carga crítico y ajuste de todos los componentes que intervienen en el sistema. (Spanish)
