The use of virtual reality (RV) for BussinessGames emerges as a promising technology for the development of neurogames in economics because of its ability to generate implicit learning and the hidden evaluation or “stealth assesment” allows to include in virtual environments methods of evaluating the player’s abilities without being aware of being evaluated._x000D_ ASLEEP will develop a novel platform of serious neurogames for training in concepts of neuroleadership under a virtual reality format and hidden evaluation, using psychophysiological measures, behavioral and brain signals for obtaining neurologic processes that are embedded in brain processes.     Actualmente, las empresas invierten notables recursos en materia de formación (estimados en 356 mil millones US$ a nivel mundial en 2016 según Harvard Bussiness Review) pero no obtienen un buen rendimiento de su inversión. Frecuentemente, el aprendizaje no conduce a un mejor desempeño laboral porque las personas vuelven pronto a sus viejas formas de hacer las cosas. En las dos últimas décadas, el paradigma de Liderazgo Transformacional (LT) ha sido la principal referencia en la investigación organizacional._x000D_ El uso de juegos serios (JS) en economía por parte de las escuelas de negocio es una tendencia en alza en la que se dan dos carencias fundamentales que son los pilares de motivación del presente proyecto. Por una parte, ninguno de los juegos que se ofrecen están orientados a conceptos de neuroeconomía. Y por otra parte, dichos juegos no están haciendo uso de tecnologías de neurogaming, tecnología esta clave para la formación en conceptos de neuroeconomía. El uso de la realidad virtual (RV) para BussinessGames emerge como una tecnología prometedora para el desarrollo de neurogames en economía por su capacidad de generar aprendizaje implícito y la evaluación oculta o “stealth assesment” permite incluir en los entornos virtuales métodos de evaluación de capacidades del jugador sin ser este consciente de ser evaluado._x000D_ ASLEEP va a desarrollar una novedosa plataforma de neurojuegos serios para la formación en conceptos de neuroliderazgo bajo un formato de realidad virtual y evaluación oculta, utilizando medidas psicofisiológicas, comportamentales y señales cerebrales para la obtención de procesos implícitos cerebrales relacionados con constructos psicológicos de neuroliderazgo._x000D_ ASLEEP va a dar como resultado la única solución comercial existente de neurolearning aplicada a neuroliderazgo bajo formato de neurogaming.
