BREVIA S.A. es una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de toallitas húmedas con diversas aplicaciones, entre ellas las cosméticas, en las que las toallitas húmedas están cobrando cada vez más fuerza con sus usos en multitud de aplicaciones._x000D_ _x000D_ En base a mantener la innovación en sus productos BREVIA ha decidido emprender el presente proyecto de I+D, titulado: “Investigación y desarrollo de máscaras textiles no tejidas impregnadas”, cuyo principal objetivo es desarrollar una nueva gama de máscaras cosméticas faciales, catalogadas dentro del sector Premium, empleando como sustrato base un tejido no tejido de máxima adaptación sobre el rostro, principios activos impregnados con diferentes efectos sobre la piel y, un sistema de dosificación individual en el que la máscara permanece compacta, ocupando un volumen mínimo y, separada del producto cosmético, por lo que se evita dejar restos en el envase tras su aplicación._x000D_ _x000D_ Para ello, la Investigación se centrará en tres aspectos:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1- Tipo de material que conformará la toallita para conseguir:_x000D_ o Adaptabilidad_x000D_ o Capacidad de absorción_x000D_ o Capacidad de compactado_x000D_ _x000D_ 2- Fórmula cosmética con diferentes funcionalidades._x000D_ o Adhesión_x000D_ o Transferencia dérmica_x000D_ o Eficacia_x000D_ o Hidrofilidad_x000D_ _x000D_ 3- Sistemas monodosis._x000D_ o Mantener la humedad_x000D_ _x000D_ Las innovaciones tecnológicas que presenta el proyecto pueden resumirse en los siguientes puntos:_x000D_ - Desarrollar una máscara facial adaptable con formato compacto._x000D_ - Desarrollar nuevas fórmulas cosméticas funcionales según tendencias que puedan humedecer la máscara hasta permitir su descompactado._x000D_ - Desarrollo de nuevos sistemas monodosis._x000D_ _x000D_ El reto tecnológico será aunar los conocimientos en las diferentes áreas para lograr un producto de aplicación fácil, funcional y que aporte a la piel los beneficios buscados.
