The main objective of this proposal is to develop a measuring unit to be integrated into a machining center, oriented to the machining of dimensional control models, made up of Necurón®-1007 and metal inserts, which can be made of aluminium (6xxx, 7xxx) or structural steel (1.1730), which is capable of aligning the part by artificial vision to center the start of the machining (both a possible cutting stage, fine-final, or even in the same cast to be able to machine the final part and scrap other). capable of detecting end-of-use and optimising tool, and allowing to verify with another artificial vision process “in situ” the accuracy achieved without having to disassemble the parts of the bench to take them to the metrology laboratory, provided that the required dimensional accuracy allows._x000D_ _x000D_ The idea of the project arises from the fact of the study of the machine tool sector, where the company moves, it has been detected that it is a sector in continuous growth and development, and very competitive, that requires companies that carry out their activity in it, to be in continuous development and offer the best possible service and quality._x000D_ Analysing the improvements currently available in the market, a niche has been detected related to communications improvements and processing speed, improvements in project monitoring and automation and precision. All these improvements have a positive impact on the profits generated throughout the daily activity of the company._x000D_ As a result of this need identified in the sector, it is decided to develop this project.     El objetivo principal de esta propuesta es desarrollar una unidad de medición para ser integrada en un centro de mecanizado, orientada al mecanizado de maquetas de control dimensional, conformadas mediante Necurón ®-1007 e insertos metálicos, que pueden ser de aluminio (6xxx, 7xxx ) o bien de acero estructural (1.1730 ), que sea capaz de alinear la pieza mediante visión artificial para centrar el inicio del mecanizado (tanto una posible etapa de desbastado, como fino-final, o incluso en la misma tirada ser capaz de mecanizar pieza final y desbastar otras), capaz de detectar final de uso y optimizar herramienta, y que permita verificar con otro proceso de visión artificial “in situ” la precisión alcanzada sin necesidad de desmontar las piezas de la bancada para llevarlas al laboratorio de metrología, siempre que la precisión dimensional requerida lo permita._x000D_ _x000D_ La idea del proyecto surge a partir del hecho del estudio del sector de la máquina herramienta, donde se mueve la empresa, se ha detectado que es un sector en continuo crecimiento y desarrollo, y muy competitivo, que requiere a las empresas que desarrollan su actividad en él, estar en continuo desarrollo y ofrecer el mejor servicio y calidad posibles._x000D_ Analizando las mejoras disponibles actualmente en el mercado, se ha detectado un nicho de mercado relacionado con la mejoras de las comunicaciones y velocidad de procesado, mejoras en monitorización y automatización del proyecto y en la precisión. Todas estas mejoras repercuten positivamente en los beneficios generados a lo largo de la actividad diaria de la empresa._x000D_ A raíz de esta necesidad detectada en el sector, se decide desarrollar el presente proyecto.
