These results would be achieved thanks to the use of new materials in the insoles and in the shoe cutting, as well as due to the necessary adaptations in the injection process of polyurethane to allow the integration of these new multilayer materials of high volume, coupled with the new designs of molds, lasts and cuts that counteract the difference in volume, with which they have been working to date (English)

    El objetivo fundamental del presente proyecto es la realización de calzado laboral orientado al sector sanitario, de la hotelería o incluso industrial, con unas elevadas propiedades de amortiguación y distribución de pesos, además de con una elevada capacidad de transmisión del calor y de la humedad que el cuerpo genera y libera, mediante el uso de tejidos tridimensionales y la modificación de procesos, diseños de zapatos y hormas para su adaptación a estas nuevas estructuras textiles._x000D_ _x000D_ Las mejoras que se producirían gracias al exitoso fin del proyecto, vendrían aparejadas al desarrollo de producto con mejores prestaciones y propiedades en el campo de la transpirabilidad térmica, de la de la humedad y de la distribución de presiones o biomecánica, junto con un buen comportamiento antibacteriano que cubra la vida útil del zapato. Estos resultados se alcanzarían gracias al uso de nuevos materiales en las plantillas y en el corte del zapato, así como gracias a las adaptaciones necesarias en el proceso de inyección del poliuretano que permitiera la integración de estos nuevos materiales multicapa de gran volumen, aparejado a los nuevos diseños de moldes, hormas y cortes que contrarresten la diferencia de volumen, con los que se vienen trabajando hasta la actualidad (Spanish)
