En esta operación se incluyen actuaciones de apoyo al comercio local y_x000D_ tradicional de cada núcleo urbano, como motor de empleo estable y como_x000D_ factor de proximidad, que evita el desplazamiento de su vecindad hacia_x000D_ otros espacios comerciales de la periferia o de Sevilla capital._x000D_ Estas intervenciones se agrupan en dos tipologías complementarias entre sí:_x000D_ 1. Actuaciones de mejora urbanística sobre las zonas de comercio_x000D_ tradicional. El acondicionamiento físico de las zonas comerciales es_x000D_ requisito imprescindible para propiciar el consumo local y propiciar con_x000D_ ello, una mayor demanda de empleo desde este sector. Además, tiene_x000D_ otros beneficios sobre los habitantes de los barrios, que perciben la calle_x000D_ como espacio de convivencia y como seña de identidad, favoreciendo el_x000D_ arraigo y el compromiso con el espacio colectivo. El deterioro de calles, la_x000D_ dificultad para acceder y transitar a pie, el mal estado de las fachadas y la_x000D_ presencia de locales abandonados, desmotivan a los vecinos y vecinas_x000D_ respecto al propósito que se persigue._x000D_ 2. Actuaciones promoción del comercio tradicional: Con ellas se pretende la_x000D_ puesta en valor del comercio tradicional para la convivencia en el pueblo_x000D_ y en el AUF, su contribución a la economía local y a la cohesión social. Así_x000D_ mismo, se considera de interés el fomento del asociacionismo dentro de_x000D_ este sector y se incluye por ello en este capítulo. Estas actuaciones se materializan mediante la realización de acciones de comunicación y sensibilización. _x000D_ Dentro de las acciones de promoción del comercio tradicional se tiene prevista la creación de una bolsa de aparcamiento rotatorio subterránea en la Plaza de Santa Rosalía, en Gines, por la que los usuarios pagarán por su uso. Urban improvement actions on traditional trade areas_x000D_. The physical conditioning of the commercial areas is_x000D_ essential requirement to promote local consumption and to promote with_x000D_, a higher demand for employment from this sector. In addition, it has_x000D_ other benefits for the inhabitants of the neighborhoods, who perceive the street_x000D_ as a space of coexistence and as a sign of identity, favoring the_x000D_ arraigo and the commitment to the collective space. The deterioration of streets, the_x000D_ difficulty accessing and transiting on foot, the poor condition of the facades and the_x000D_ presence of abandoned premises, demotivate the neighbors and neighbors_x000D_ regarding the purpose pursued._x000D_ 2. Actions to promote traditional trade: They aim at the_x000D_ valorisation of traditional trade for coexistence in the village_x000D_ and in the AUF, its contribution to the local economy and social cohesion. So_x000D_ itself, the promotion of associationism within_x000D_ is considered of interest and is therefore included in this chapter. These actions are carried out by means of communication and awareness-raising activities. _x000D_ as part of the traditional trade promotion actions, it is planned to create an underground rotary parking bag in the Plaza de Santa Rosalía, in Gines, for which users will pay for its use.
