Garantizar el derecho a este acceso tiene una dimensión positiva de alcance indiviual en cuanto que la experiencia del patrimonio puede favorecer el desarrollo personal a través del conocimiento. Por tanto, el Ayuntamiento de Aranjuez quiere poner en valor edificios de valor patrimonial e histórico que posee, así como los espacios públicos incluidos dentro del Conjunto Histórico, el Paisaje Cultural y su zona de amortiguamiento.
