Es una plataforma de integración de sistemas de seguridad física (Physical Security Integration Management: PSIM)._x000D_ Dentro de la seguridad física existe el concepto de CRA, Central Receptora de Alarmas. Desde el punto de vista de los usuarios una CRA es un centro de monitoreo y gestión de alarmas de seguridad. Es decir, un local, o varios, donde operadores humanos reciben información de alarmas e incidencias (eventos) de los sistemas monitorizados y las gestionan para proteger los activos de la empresa._x000D_ En Arquero una CRA lo componen los módulos y funcionalidades software que permite a los usuarios realizar toda esta operativa. La versión actual de Arquero (5.1) dispone de una CRA operativa, pero se ha demostrado totalmente disfuncional para grandes sistemas. La CRA actual permite recibir los eventos y, gestionando uno a uno, permite su clasificación hasta que se cierra la incidencia.
