THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP NOVEL OPTICAL TECHNOLOGIES BASED ON PHOTONICAL ANTENNAS THAT ALLOW TO EXPLORE THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NANOMETRIC ORGANISATION OF THE CELL MEMBRANE. TO A LARGE EXTENT WE INTEND TO UNDERSTAND HOW DIFFERENT PROTEINS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF CELLULAR ADHESION ARE SEGREGATED SPATIALLY AND TEMPORARILY IN THE CELL MEMBRANE TO GENERATE DIFFERENT SIGNS. From this will we try to identify the differences in the first stages of a NORMAL CELULAR AND MALIGNA RESPERTY._x000D_ _x000D_ to abrogate the risks of this high disciplining project we have agreed on the amounts in question as follows: _x000D_ 1) GENERATION OF PHOTONICAL ANTENAS IN BARRIDO SOUNDS AND COMPATIBLE WITH THE BIOLOGICAL PROCESS STUDIO OF LIVE CELLS; _x000D_ 2) IMPLEMENTATION OF A MULTI-COLOR MICROSCOPY IN excitation AND DETECTION, together with the IMPLEMENTATION OF SPECTROSCOPY OF MULTI-COLOR photon correlation; _x000D_ 3) the implementation of these technical specifications in the FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPES STUDY OF THE ORGANISATION OF THE CELLING MEMBER to nanometric ESCALA, with a clear emphasis on the LFA-1 LEUCOCIT ADHESION RECEPTOR; _x000D_ 4) FINALENT, we will study the PAPEL THIS ORGANISATION IN THE INTEGRINE LFA-1 OF DYSTEMING POSSIBLE PATRONS OF ORGANISATION RELATED WITH A NORMAL RESPONSE OR A CANCERIGEN RESPONSE._x000D_ _x000D_ AMBICIOSO PROJECT is contained in the UN COMBINEMENT OF NANOFOTONIC TECHNICAL TECHNICAL AND CELL BIOLOGY AND WARNING Immunologic IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR ACCOUNTING OF THE INICIAL STATEMENT OF THE CELLAR SYNALISATION AND REGULATION OF THE CELLAR RESPONSE (HALDE VS. DISEASE). THE PROJECT IS FULLY ALIGNED WITH ONE OF THE CHALLENGES OF THE H2020 PROGRAMME LINKED TO HEALTH AND WELL-BEING ISSUES, WITH A FOCUS ON UNDERSTANDING THE CAUSES AND MECHANISMS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISEASES. IN ADDITION, THE TECHNOLOGY THAT WE WILL DEVELOP IS RECOGNISED AS ONE OF THE KEY ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES (KET) AS IT IS THE FIELD OF PHOTONICS. THEREFORE, WE HOPE THAT THE RESULTS OF THIS PROJECT WILL HAVE AN IMPORTANT IMPACT ON THE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR OF PHOTONICA BUT ALSO IN THE HEALTH SECTOR, SINCE IN THIS CASE WE HOPE TO CONTRIBUTE BY PROVIDING CLEAR GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW THERAPIES BASED ON IMMUNOTHERAPIES AGAINST CANCER.
