Each company is a leader in its line of business and form an optimal team to achieve the scientific, technological and commercial objectives of this proposal, which pursues innovative, complementary objectives that will allow the development of new strategic products for each of them._x000D_ The consortium seeks to achieve an almerian tomato different from the others, with unique organoleptic and sensory properties by providing it with a nutritional label and ensuring a zero waste strategy for marketing, in summary, a tomato production with:_x000D_ -Improving the organoleptic quality of tomato and its post-harvest behavior._x000D_ -Integration of preventive measures for pest control in tomato_x000D_ -Integration of active strategies for pest control in tomato_x000D_ The chemical composition of fresh tomato depends on factors such as cultivar, maturity, light, temperature, season, climate, soil fertility, irrigation and agronomic management, this number of factors demands innovative solutions for sustainable and competitive agri-food production.     El proyecto S3 es una ambiciosa apuesta de un consorcio formado por tres empresas almerienses: La Cooperativa Provincial Agraria y Ganadera San Isidro SCA; Criado y López S.L. y Agroindustrial Kimitec. Cada empresa es líder en su línea de negocio y forman un equipo óptimo para alcanzar los objetivos científicos, tecnológicos y comerciales de esta propuesta, la cual persigue objetivos innovadores, complementarios y que permitirán desarrollar nuevos productos estratégicos para cada uno de ellos._x000D_ El consorcio, busca conseguir un tomate almeriense diferente a los demás, con propiedades organolépticas y sensoriales únicas dotándolo de una etiqueta nutricional y asegurando una estrategia de residuo cero para su comercialización, en síntesis, una producción de tomate con:_x000D_ -Mejora de la calidad organoléptica del tomate y de su comportamiento postcosecha._x000D_ -Integración de medidas preventivas para el control de plagas en tomate_x000D_ -Integración de estrategias activas para el control de plagas en tomate_x000D_ La composición química de tomate fresco depende de factores tales como el cultivar, madurez, luz, temperatura, estación, clima, fertilidad de suelo, irrigación y manejo agronómico, esta cantidad de factores demanda soluciones innovadoras para una producción agroalimentaria sostenible y competitiva. El consorcio propone las siguientes innovaciones que suponen para cada empresa un salto tecnológico diferencial y estratégico:_x000D_ -Bioestimulación enfocada a organoleptia y post-cosecha_x000D_ -Mejora postcosecha aportando productos que movilicen elementos que ayuden a la mejor conservación del fruto_x000D_ -Bioprotección “no residual”.
