El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar el uso de robots colaborativos y la automatización de actividades en el ámbito de las operaciones de fabricación, ensamblaje e inspección. Se diseñará, desarrollará e integrará un sistema robot móvil autónomo en las líneas de montaje. Se crearán escaneados digitales en 3D completos de partes reales de avión. Las operaciones de ensamblado y fabricación se redefinirán para que sean automatizadas de manera eficiente, cubriendo actividades cómo: conformado, garantía de calidad, integración de refuerzos, nueva tecnología de remaches ciegos y tecnologías de inducción para dotar a las herramientas la capacidad de calentamiento en el uso de reparaciones u operaciones extra línea de fabricación._x000D_ El objetivo final es demostrar una célula de producción completa que integre procesos eficientes destinados al ensamblaje y fabricación de piezas aeronáuticas, inspección visual de piezas elementales, robot asistido para el ensamblaje y control de calidad del producto final mediante técnicas de escaneo 3D.
