El objetivo del proyecto Team Space consiste en la creación de una plataforma tecnológica que permita gestionar y optimizar el rendimiento de las inversiones en capital humano facilitando el diagnóstico, la planificación y la comunicación._x000D_ A diferencia de las herramientas destinadas a gestionar proyectos o servicios, la plataforma tecnológica objetivo estará orientada a la gestión del equipo humano._x000D_ El desarrollo de Steelmood se traducirá en la creación de una plataforma tecnológica con las siguientes prestaciones:_x000D_ o La gestión de equipos virtuales/globales, permitiendo además que dicha gestión se pueda integrar en el marco de metodologías ágiles o tradicionales. _x000D_ o Obtener una potente herramienta que facilite la realización de análisis predictivos aplicando de manera conjunta tanto la tecnología de aprendizaje automático (Machine Learning) como la minería de datos (Data Mining)._x000D_ _x000D_ Para la consecución de este objetivo principal se establecen los siguientes objetivos técnicos:_x000D_ • Elaboración de una ontología/metamodelo para la gestión de equipos globales y virtuales, en el que se contemplan tanto el lado del cliente como el del proveedor._x000D_ • Diseño de la arquitectura de la plataforma tecnológica de manera que sea fácilmente evolucionable, escalable e interoperable con sistemas existentes (p.ej. de RRHH, gestión de proyectos, etc.)._x000D_ • Desarrollo de la plataforma tecnológica, de forma que pueda dar respuesta a las necesidades de gestión de varios perfiles, como por ejemplo, miembro del equipo, jefe de equipo, responsable comercial, responsable de RR.HH., responsable financiero, responsable de compras, responsable de negocio, etc._x000D_ • Computación en la nube de la plataforma tecnológica._x000D_ • Realización de las pruebas de validación de la plataforma tecnológica para la gestión de equipos.
