This operation aims to promote transit mobility in urban movements as an alternative to the private vehicle, improve the accessibility of the urban space by removing architectural barriers and putting the pedestrian in the center of urban design and improve access to collective public transport._x000D_ The operation to be developed will allow the extension and connection of the soft mobility network of the urban centre of Moguer, interconnecting parking spaces with the network of cultural spaces and of greater pedestrian or mixed transit of the municipality. _x000D_ thus proposes the creation of a route with pedestrian and cyclist priority that extends the soft mobility network of the municipality of Moguer and allows it to connect with the public transport infrastructures located in the surroundings of the Fair. This new connection will facilitate safe and sustainable access to the architectural and cultural heritage of the municipality of Moguer for visitors and tourists through soft forms of mobility. At the same time, it will improve access to public transport and the urban centre of the population living in areas with social transformation needs._x000D_ The operation will be carried out taking into account parameters such as the removal of architectural barriers that facilitate the movement of people with reduced mobility, the elderly, people in wheelchairs or people with children’s carts. _x000D_ will be designed a pedestrian and cyclist priority space that allows residents access to garages. Esta operación impulsará alternativas de movilidad en los desplazamientos urbanos amables con el medioambiente como la bicicleta y el tránsito peatonal. A través de esta operación se pretenden fomentar la movilidad de tránsito en los desplazamientos urbanos como alternativa al vehículo privado, mejorar la accesibilidad del espacio urbano eliminando barreras arquitectónicas y poniendo al peatón en el centro del diseño urbano y mejorar el acceso al transporte público colectivo._x000D_ La operación a desarrollar permitirá la ampliación y conexión de la red de movilidad blanda del núcleo urbano de Moguer, interconectando espacios de aparcamiento con la red de espacios culturales y de mayor tránsito peatonal o mixto del municipio. _x000D_ De este modo se propone la creación de un itinerario con prioridad peatonal y ciclista que amplíe la red de movilidad blanda del municipio de Moguer y que permita conectar la misma con las infraestructuras de transporte público colectivo localizadas en el entorno de la Feria. Esta nueva conexión facilitará el acceso de manera segura y sostenible al patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural del municipio de Moguer a los visitantes y turistas del mismo a través de formas de movilidad blandas. Al mismo tiempo mejorará el acceso al transporte público colectivo y al centro urbano de la población residente en zonas con necesidades de transformación social._x000D_ La operación se ejecutará teniendo en cuenta parámetros como la eliminación de las barreras arquitectónicas que facilite los desplazamientos de las personas con movilidad reducida, ancianos, personas en silla de ruedas o personas con carritos de niños/as. _x000D_ Se diseñará un espacio de prioridad peatonal y ciclista que permita a su vez el acceso de los residentes a garajes. Todo el área se señalizará como de prioridad peatonal y se reducirá la velocidad de los vehículos a 20 kms hora. (Spanish)
