Proyecto integral que ordena la totalidad del vial, integra un amplio eje de la trama peatonal del centro histórico y recupera zonas estanciales completando el itinerario más importante de la ciudad, entre el Río y las nueva zonas de ensanche. Es un proyecto de solución de movilidad Urbana aplicado a una de las arterias más representativas de la ciudad._x000D_ Al mismo tiempo supone una importante mejora ambiental del espacio: supresión del tráfico rodado, menor contaminación acústica, mayor superficie habitable, etc. En paralelo hay proyectado un carril bici de doble sentido que recorre la totalidad del paseo.
