La operación propuesta consiste en mejorar la eficiencia energética de los edificios públicos municipales y del alumbrado público poniendo en marcha medidas de ahorro energético. _x000D_ _x000D_ Se trata de aprovechar medidas de mejora de la eficiencia y, en su caso, aplicación de energías renovables para el autoabastecimiento energético de los edificios municipales. Para ello, será necesario realizar una auditoría energética que permita estructurar la operación apuntando soluciones que se materialicen en un significativo ahorro energético, incluida la utilización y producción de energía renovable de autoconsumo. _x000D_ _x000D_ En los edificios públicos se tomará como base la clasificación energética inicial y se buscarán mejoras significativas (de por lo menos una letra de calificación energética), de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 235/2013, de 5 de abril._x000D_ _x000D_ Las actuaciones se desarrollarán en las principales ubicaciones previstas en la auditoría energética (Centro de día de mayores, oficinas municipales de Arguineguín, dependencias de la policía local y dependencias de servicios sociales) mediante medidas de reemplazo de luminarias. Asimismo, se actuará en las infraestructuras de alumbrado, (C/ Damasco junto a la rotonda Arguineguin GC500, Plaza Pérez Galdós, Pº Canal del Barranco pino seco, Av/ Miguel Marrero junto a CNT 102189, C/ Fernando González junto a CNT C102191, GC500 frente rotonda cola la ballena, Av/ Alcalde Paco Gonzalez junto CNT C102192. _x000D_ _x000D_ En el caso de la mejora de medidas de ahorro en el alumbrado público se realizará un análisis del consumo actual y, posteriormente, se implantarán medidas de ahorro energético. Por otro lado, la operación contempla la puesta en marcha de una campaña de asesoramiento a las infraestructuras turísticas (hoteles, restaurantes..) en materia de ahorro energético. Se ofrecerá apoyo en la realización de un diagnóstico de las instalaciones para conocer el consumo actual y poder recomendar un conjunto de medidas de eficiencia energética (Spanish)

To this end, it will be necessary to carry out an energy audit to structure the operation by targeting solutions that materialise in significant energy savings, including the use and production of renewable energy from self-consumption. _x000D_ _x000D_ in public buildings will be based on the initial energy classification and significant improvements (of at least one energy rating letter) will be sought, in accordance with Royal Decree 235/2013, of 5 April._x000D_ _x000D_ The actions will be carried out in the main locations provided for in the energy audit (Elders’ Day Centre, Arguineguín Municipal Offices, Local Police Units and Social Services Units) through luminaire replacement measures. Also, the lighting infrastructures will be performed, (C/Damasco next to the roundabout Arguineguin GC500, Plaza Pérez Galdós, P° Canal del Barranco dry pine, Av/Miguel Marrero next to CNT 102189, C/Fernando González next to CNT C102191, GC500 in front of roundabout tail whale, Av/Alcalde Paco Gonzalez together with CNT C102192. _x000D_ _x000D_ in the case of the improvement of saving measures in street lighting, an analysis of current consumption will be carried out and, subsequently, energy saving measures will be implemented. On the other hand, the operation contemplates the launch of a campaign of advice to tourism infrastructures (hotels, restaurants..) on energy saving. Support will be offered in carrying out a diagnosis of the installations to know the current consumption and to be able to recommend a set of energy efficiency measures (English)
