    Mediante el presente proyecto se pretende desarrollar una nueva matriz cárnica relleno de huevos aromatizados, dicha matriz cárnica, además, será sin alérgenos y Clean Label._x000D_ En este sentido, para el desarrollo de estos huevos cocidos aromatizados se utilizarán diferentes aromas típicos de los platos típicos que llevan huevos. Estos huevos irán integrados dentro de una matriz cárnica totalmente natural, sin conservantes ni colorantes artificiales._x000D_ Para el alcance de este novedoso desarrollo, además, se trabajará con el fin de alcanzar unas excelentes características organolépticas, nutricionales y mecánicas que dotarán a este producto de un alto valor añadido.
