LA PRODUCCION DE BIOGAS ENRIQUECIDO SE REALIZA, ACTUALMENTE, POR TECNICAS FISICO-QUIMICAS TALES COMO PSA (¿PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION¿), SEPARACION CON MEMBRANAS, TORRES DE LAVADO CON AGUA, SISTEMA CRIOGENICOS, ETC..._x000D_ EN EL PRESENTE PROYECTO SE PROPONE LA REVALORIZACION DEL BIOGAS DE VERTEDERO MEDIANTE EL USO DE UN SISTEMA INTEGRADO POR TRES PROCESOS BIOLOGICOS DE DESULFURACION ANOXICA, NITRIFICACION Y FOTOBIORREACTORES. EL SISTEMA PERMITIRA LA RETIRADA DEL AZUFRE DEL SISTEMA, OBTENER BIOGAS PURIFICADO, BIOGAS ENRIQUECIDO (BIOMETANO) Y BIOMASA (EXTRACTO PROTEICO). LOS TRES PROCESOS BIOLOGICOS ESTARAN INTERCONECTADOS CON EL OBJETIVO DE MINIMIZAR EL APORTE EXTERNO DE NUTRIENTES. POR LO TANTO, ESTA PROPUESTA PRESENTA DISTINTAS VENTAJAS FRENTE A LAS TECNOLOGIAS CONVENCIONALES, ENTRE LAS QUE CABE DESTACAR: UN MENOR CONSUMO ENERGETICO, LA DEPURACION DE UN EFLUENTE ALTAMENTE CONTAMINANTE (LIXIVIADOS) Y LA CAPTURA DEL CO2 EN FORMA DE BIOMASA. A PARTIR DE LAS MICROALGAS SE OBTENDRA UN EXTRACTO PROTEICO CON EL OBJETIVO DE SUPLEMENTAR MEDIOS DE CULTIVOS. DE ESTA FORMA, EL CARBONO FIJADO Y EL NITROGENO Y FOSFORO ASIMILADO POR ESTOS ORGANISMOS FOTOSINTETICOS PODRAN SER UTILIZADOS EN PROCESOS DE BIOTRANSFORMACION LLEVADOS A CABO POR OTROS MICROORGANISMOS COMO, POR EJEMPLO, ESCHERICHIA COLI. ESTO PERMITIRA REVALORIZAR ESTE EXTRACTO PARA OBTENER PRODUCTOS DE MAYOR VALOR AÑADIDO (ETANOL, HIDROGENO, ACIDO SUCCINICO, ETC.). CON RESPECTO AL BIOGAS ENRIQUECIDO SE PODRA MEJORAR EL RENDIMIENTO DE LOS MOTORES DE COMBUSTION INTERNA PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ELECTRICIDAD Y/O CALOR (COGENERACION) O BIEN EMPLEARLO PARA OTROS USOS EMERGENTES MAS EFICIENTES, TALES COMO LA INYECCION EN REDES DE GAS NATURAL._x000D_ PARA CONSEGUIR EL OBJETIVO PROPUESTO SE HA TRAZADO UNA HOJA DE RUTA EN TRES AÑOS EN LOS QUE SE SELECCIONARAN LOS BIORREACTORES MAS EFICIENTES PARA LLEVAR A CABO DICHOS PROCESOS, ADEMAS SE ESTUDIARA LA COMBINACION DEL PROCESO DE DESULFURACION ANOXICA Y NITRIFICACION PARA DEPURAR EL BIOGAS (ELIMINACION DE SULFURO DE HIDROGENO Y SILOXANOS), ASI COMO DEL SISTEMA GLOBAL CON LA INCORPORACION DE LOS FOTOBIORREACTORES QUE PERMITIRA LA PRODUCCION DE BIOMETANO (CONCENTRACION DE METANO MAYOR DEL 95%) Y DE LA BIOMASA PARA OBTENER UN EXTRACTO PROTEICO. SE REALIZARA UN SEGUIMIENTO DE LAS POBLACIONES POR TECNICAS DE BIOLOGIA MOLECULAR PARA ESTUDIAR LAS DINAMICAS POBLACIONALES Y TIPOS DE MICROORGANISMOS PREDOMINANTES EN LOS BIOPROCESOS. FINALMENTE, BASADO EN LOS RESULTADOS EXPERIMENTALES, SE ANALIZARA EL IMPACTO AMBIENTAL MEDIANTE UNA ANALISIS DE CICLO DE VIDA. (Spanish)

The adoption of the verification biogas permittes to reduce the repentance of fossil fuels and to reduce METANO EMISSIONS to the ATMOSFERA (Winter EFFECTION OF METANON 25 VECES SUPERIOR TO CO2)._x000D_ THE VERTED BIOGAS, from between all the existing types, it is the one that has a smallest contract of metal, and the most of CO2, and the one that is produced with the greatest volume of CAUDAL. THE DECREASE OR REMOVAL OF CO2, ALLOWS OBTAINING A BIOGAS ENRICHED IN METHANE (BIOMETHANE). The PRODUCTION OF BIOGIS ENRIQUECID IS RELATED, UPDATE, PRESSURE SWING Adsorption, SEPARATION WITH MEMBRANS, WATER WITH TORRES, Cryogenic SYSTEM, ETC..._x000D_ IN THE PRESENT PROJECT PROJECT THE revaluation of biogas is proposed the use of an integrated system by three biologic processes of anoxical desulphuration, NITRIFICATION and photobioreactors. THE SYSTEM WILL ALLOW THE REMOVAL OF SULPHUR FROM THE SYSTEM, OBTAIN PURIFIED BIOGAS, ENRICHED BIOGAS (BIOMETHANE) AND BIOMASS (PROTEIN EXTRACT). THE THREE BIOLOGICAL PROCESSES WILL BE INTERCONNECTED WITH THE AIM OF MINIMISING THE EXTERNAL INPUT OF NUTRIENTS. THEREFORE, THIS PROPOSAL HAS DIFFERENT ADVANTAGES OVER CONVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGIES, INCLUDING: LOWER ENERGY CONSUMPTION, THE PURIFICATION OF A HIGHLY POLLUTING EFFLUENT (LEACHED) AND THE CAPTURE OF CO2 IN THE FORM OF BIOMASS. A PROTEIN EXTRACT WILL BE OBTAINED FROM THE MICROALGAE WITH THE AIM OF SUPPLEMENTING CULTURE MEDIA. IN THIS WAY, THE FIXED CARBON AND NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS ASSIMILATED BY THESE PHOTOSYNTHETIC ORGANISMS CAN BE USED IN BIOTRANSFORMATION PROCESSES CARRIED OUT BY OTHER MICROORGANISMS SUCH AS ESCHERICHIA COLI. THIS WILL ALLOW THIS EXTRACT TO BE REVALUED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PRODUCTS OF HIGHER ADDED VALUE (ETHANOL, HYDROGEN, SUCCINIC ACID, ETC.). With regard to the enriched biogas, it is possible to improve the return of the internal trading engines for the production of electricity and/or heat (COGENERATION) or to use it for other more efficient emergencies, as the INYECTION IN NATURAL GAS NETWORK._x000D_ TO CONSEMBLY THE PROPOSAL OBJECTIVE A RUTA HOUSE has been processed in three years in which bioreactors will be selected that are the most effective to carry out these products, consideration will also be given to the combination of the anoxic desulphuration and nitryfication process for depleting biogas (Hydrogen sulphide and siloxans), as well as the GLOBAL SYSTEM with the inCORPORATION of photobioreactors that will allow biomethane production (95 % METANO CONCENTRATION) and of the Biomase to perform a PROTEIC EXTRACT. POPULATIONS WILL BE MONITORED BY MOLECULAR BIOLOGY TECHNIQUES TO STUDY POPULATION DYNAMICS AND PREDOMINANT TYPES OF MICROORGANISMS IN BIOPROCESSES. FINALLY, BASED ON THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS, THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT WILL BE ANALYSED THROUGH A LIFE CYCLE ANALYSIS. (English)
