Esta actuación pretende la recuperación del espacio situado entre Puerta Pilar y el Parque de los Sitios desarrollando un espacio verde patrimonial que abarca las conexiones entre el Baluarte de San Roque y el de Santa María así como los fosos y restos de la fortificación situados frente a las cortinas de la muralla.
