The general objective of this project is the development of natural biofertilisers that stimulate the synthesis of chemopreventive compounds in tomato and avocado fruits and the development of two food products from the fruits rich in compounds with chemopreventive properties._x000D_ Thanks to this project, the AGROHEALTH consortium will contribute to improving the health of the population by providing them with healthier, more environmentally friendly food products and of the highest organoleptic quality._x000D_ To achieve this general objective, the following technical objectives are contemplated:_x00_F_D__x005 Development of probiotic biostimulants for the cultivation of tomato and avocado, with the aim of increasing their concentrations in chemopreventive compounds._x000D_ Objective 2. Validation of the bio-stimulation process of chemopreventive compounds in the different cultures treated with the use of pre and probiotics, the specific bio-stimulants._x000D_ Objective 3. Determination of stakeholders in tomato and avocado fruits with chemopreventive activity and application of technologies to stabilise them._x000D_ Objective 4. The development of fresh products with chemopreventive action and development of novel foods with high content in chemopreventives whose basic ingredients are tomato and avocado. El objetivo general de este proyecto es el desarrollo de biofertilizantes naturales que estimulan la síntesis de los compuestos quimiopreventivos en frutos de tomate y aguacate y el desarrollo de dos productos alimentarios a partir de los frutos ricos en compuestos con propiedades quimiopreventivas._x000D_ Gracias a este proyecto, el consorcio AGROHEALTH contribuirá a mejorar la salud de la población facilitándoles productos alimenticios más saludables, más respetuosos con el medio ambiente, y de la máxima calidad organoléptica._x000D_ Para la consecución de este objetivo general se contemplan los siguientes objetivos técnicos:_x000D_ Objetivo 1. Desarrollo de bioestimulantes probióticos para el cultivo del tomate y del aguacate, con el objetivo de incrementar sus concentraciones en compuestos quimiopreventivos._x000D_ Objetivo 2. Validación del proceso de bio-estimulación de los compuestos quimiopreventivos en los diferentes cultivos tratados con el uso de pre y probióticos, los bio-estimulantes específicos._x000D_ Objetivo 3. Determinación de las partes de interés en frutos de tomate y aguacate con actividad quimiopreventiva y aplicación de tecnologías para su estabilización._x000D_ Objetivo 4. El desarrollo de productos frescos con acción quimiopreventiva y desarrollo de nuevos alimentos con alto contenido en quimiopreventivos cuyo ingredientes base son tomate y aguacate. (Spanish)
