The business objective of 3F is to increase its portfolio by developing a new range of products for the preventive treatment of the porcine enteric complex, while VC wants to reduce mortality and increase the productivity of white pig produced in systems without antibiotics, and reduce medication costs in traditional white pig production systems. _x000D_ the project lasts 29 months and is divided into 10 experimental tasks distributed into 3 technological development activities: design of new synthesis systems and formulations based on medium chain fatty acid monoglycerides; improvement of intestinal health during transition and entry into feedstock through the design of new nutritional profiles of the diet; and (iii) Study of the influence of the interaction between the nutritional profile and the new monoglycerides on the porcine digestive complex. For the realisation of each of the activities, the companies will have the collaboration of the Catholic University of Avila, the laboratory Grup de Sanejament Porcí and specialised companies (Innovabiotics and Imasde). 3F es una PYME especializada en la producción de aditivos para alimentación animal, y en particular desea desarrollar monoglicéridos de ácidos grasos de cadena media para disminuir la incidencia del complejo entérico porcino.
