For this we propose a prospective, non-randomised interventional study with two metabolic surgery techniques and a control group in men with grade 3 or grade 2 obesity with cardiovascular risk factors associated with metabolic surgery candidates. For this we propose a prospective, non-randomised interventional study with two metabolic surgery techniques and a control group in men with grade 3 or grade 2 obesity with cardiovascular risk factors associated with metabolic surgery candidates.
