    Mediante este proyecto se pretende rediseñar los productos para adaptarlos a las necesidades del mercado actual. A partir de un análisis de valor del producto (talleres VAVE), se pretenden analizar las características técnicas de nuestros productos y de la competencia frente a la necesidad de los clientes. _x000D_ _x000D_ Por ello, aunque a priori se desconoce que atributos son los más valorados por el cliente y cuál es la situación de éstos frente a la competencia, se han analizado las posibles líneas de mejora en las que se pretenden conseguir una mejora de la valoración global del producto:_x000D_ _x000D_ oRediseño del sistema de refrigeración para reducir la carga de refrigerante y éste debe tener bajo índice GWP (Global Warming Potential)._x000D_ _x000D_ oOptimización de las unidades condensadoras mediante válvulas de expansión electrónica, compresores “inverter” y condensadores de placas para aumentar la eficiencia energética de los equipos y reducir las emisiones de CO2 a la atmósfera._x000D_ _x000D_ oRediseño de la construcción de los equipos para reducción de costes de montaje y estandarización de componentes. Esta reducción de costes nos debe permitir mantener el precio del producto y aumentar el gasto en otras partidas para mejorar la eficiencia. _x000D_ _x000D_ oMejora de las propiedades de aislamiento del agente espumante para disminuir las pérdidas térmicas, reduciendo notablemente el consumo energético de los aparatos._x000D_ _x000D_ oMejora de la ergonomía de acceso y arreglo de posibles averías para el servicio técnico, rediseñando los circuitos frigoríficos y las conexiones eléctricas, facilitando las reparaciones. _x000D_ _x000D_ oAumento del volumen útil de cámara con sistemas monoblock, ya que el volumen útil de cámara es uno de los criterios importantes conjuntamente con el consumo a la hora de establecer la eficiencia energética._x000D_ _x000D_ Paralelamente a estas características técnicas, a través del análisis VAVE del los productos, pueden aparecer otros atributos susceptibles de posibles mejoras en los innovar.
