    La presente propuesta es una parte del proyecto corporativo SIM, que parte de la evolución de la plataforma de gestión energética existente (que gestiona facturación de potencia) a una plataforma SMART CITY que engloba las capacidades anteriores del servicio actual como ESE junto a la adición de la monitorización y gestión de los procesos que conforman nuestro catálogo de servicios a la Smart City, con especial incidencia en el desarrollo del aplicativo de comunicación y seguimiento de incidencias en el municipio para el mantenimiento colaborativo con el ciudadano._x000D_ El núcleo de la plataforma en su parte de gestión energética se hará igualmente evolucionar para que posea características predictivas a partir de la implantación de algoritmia inteligente de “Data Mining” aplicado sobre el BIG DATA generado por nuestros clientes y gestionado en una nube securizada con el fin de predecir patrones de consumo. _x000D_ Finalmente, el aplicativo de comunicación y seguimiento de incidencias en el municipio para el mantenimiento colaborativo con el ciudadano será testeado en el campo de pruebas, siendo uno de los valores diferenciales de nuestro proyecto.
