Lo que se pretende con el proyecto es cambiar el formato de producción de la línea de pan sin corteza, añadiendo transportadores en el conjunto del proceso y un conjunto de equipos de encestado y paletizado al final de la misma, aumentando con ello el rendimiento operativo de dicha línea y en consecuencia reducir el consumo energético específico por unidad procesada.
