La operación tiene por objeto la urbanización de un nuevo aparcamiento disuasorio en una zona estratégica de la ciudad y se emplazará en parcelas de titularidad pública. Dichas parcelas dan frente a la calle Terraplen, situada en el Casco Antiguo de Tudela y cercana a la entrada norte de la ciudad (Paseo Pamplona) y contribuirá a un esponjamiento del tejido existente de la zona , que que tiene varias propiedades abandonadas, conectando peatonalmente esta zona de límite con el centro del Conjunto Histórico._x000D_ _x000D_ Supone por tanto, un ejercicio de regeneración y renovación urbana de un espacio urbano situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad, en una zona bastante degradada urbanística y socialmente que puede hacer mejorar su imagen y los accesos a ésta_x000D_ Lourdes en la apuesta de la ciudad de Tudela por un desarrollo urbano sostenible (Spanish)
