EN PRIMER LUGAR SE ABORDARAN DOS SITUACIONES EXPERIMENTALES DE INTERES PARA LA PRACTICA ACUICOLA QUE CONSTITUYEN DOS DE LOS OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS DEL MISMO: I) ESTRES CRONICO POR DENSIDAD CON SUSTANCIAS QUE ATENUEN LA ACTIVACION DEL EJE HIPOTALAMO-HIPOFISARIO-INTERRENAL (OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO 5), Y II) ESTRES INDUCIDO POR TRANSPORTE Y USO DE ANESTESICOS BAJO DOSIS DE SEDACION (OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO 6). DE ACUERDO CON EL PARADIGMA CLASICO, EL ORDEN DE ACTIVACION DEL SISTEMA DE ESTRES TENDRIA UNA DIRECCION DESDE EL CENTRO (HIPOTALAMO) HACIA LA PERIFERIA. SIN EMBARGO, LA INDUCCION NO NECESARIAMENTE SE PRODUCE EN ESTE ORDEN, SINO QUE PUEDE INICIARSE EN LA PERIFERIA. POR ESTE MOTIVO EL PROYECTO INCORPORA TRES DISEÑOS EXPERIMENTALES MAS QUE CONTEMPLAN ESAS NUEVA APROXIMACION: I) EL TRATAMIENTO CON AFLATOXINAS, SUSTANCIAS TOXICAS PRESENTES EN PIENSOS QUE ACTUAN A NIVEL INTESTINAL (OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO 7), II) EL TRATAMIENTO CON NANOPARTICULAS, CONTAMINANTES EMERGENTES PRESENTES EN EL AGUA (OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO 8), Y II) EL TRATAMIENTO CON VACUNA, COMO UN CLASICO ELEMENTO INMUNOGENICO (OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO 9). _x000D_ EN TODOS ESTOS EXPERIMENTOS SE DETERMINARA Y DESPUES SE COMPARARA LA RESPUESTA CENTRAL Y PERIFERICA DE ESTRES, DE UNA MANERA MAS COMPLEJA E INTEGRADA DE LO QUE SE HA ESTADO HACIENDO HASTA EL PRESENTE. FOR THIS REASON THE PROJECT INCORPORATES THREE MORE EXPERIMENTAL DESIGNS THAT CONTEMPLATE THESE NEW APPROACH: TREATMENT WITH AFLATOXINS, TOXIC SUBSTANCES PRESENT IN FEED THAT ACT AT THE INTESTINAL LEVEL (SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 7), II) TREATMENT WITH NANOPARTICULATES, EMERGING CONTAMINANTS PRESENT IN WATER (SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 8), AND II) TREATMENT WITH VACCINE, AS A CLASSIC INMUNOGENIC ELEMENT (SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 9). _x000D_ in ALL these EXPERIMENTS will be determined and awaited a comparison of the CENTRAL AND PERIFERICAL RESPONSE OF THIS, OF A MORE COMPANY AND INTEGRATED WAY OF THAT THAT THIS FROM THE PRESENT. FINALLY, BY VALIDATING THE CENTRAL VERSUS PERIPHERY RESPONSE, THE PROJECT AIMS TO PRESENT TO THE AQUACULTURE INDUSTRY THOSE INDICATORS OF STRESS THAT ARE MORE REPRESENTATIVE AND THAT CAN BE USED IN THE LEAST INVASIVE WAY POSSIBLE.
