FOR THIS PURPOSE, VARIOUS APPROACHES AND METHODS ARE PROPOSED TO SOLVE, IMPROVE OR MINIMISE SOME OF THE CURRENT LIMITATIONS OF LC-MS METHODS. FIVE PROPOSALS ARE PUT FORWARD: _x000D_ (I) the use of nanoHPLC-HRMS to MINIMIZ PROBLEMS due to MATRIZ EFFECTS; _x000D_ (II) The use of HILIC COLUMNAS SYSTEMS AND REVERSE FORMA Parallel Phase (HILIC/RPLC-HRMS) with DUAL INYECTION to cover a great variety of competitions with diversified polarities in a single analysis, to evade the use of SINGLE residue METHODS; _x000D_ (III) EMPLOYMENT OF THE DOWNLOAD SOURCE OF BARRERA dielectrica (DBDI) with HPLC microfluids (CAPLC-µDBDI-MS) to improve sensibility and extend the usefulness of this mode of innovation that will allow the analysis of competitions with a RANGO PROPERTY AMPLY and to devise applications of its utility to reduce the use of GC-MS equipment for pollution analysis; _x000D_ (IV) EVALUATION OF THE DIRECT PAPERSPRAY ANALISIS TECHNICAL TO IMPROVE, SIMPLIFICATE AND PERMIT THE ANALISIS IN FOODS; And _x000D_ (V) EVALUATION OF THE POTENTIALITY OF INDEPENDENT ACQUISITION MODES OF DATA REGISTRED TO REAL TIME (DATA INDEPENDENT ACQUISITION) to improve the acquisition and processing of data from LC-MS QUALITATIVE methods and to buy their money with other modes of acquisition._x000D_ _x000D_ The PROJECT PROPOSED IS ALINEED WITH VARIOS OF OBJECTIVES OF THE STATE PLAN FOR SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL AND INNOVATION RESEARCH AND INNOVATIONS (2013-2016) AND YOUR YOUR WITH THE STRATEGIC LINES OF THE STRATEGIC LINES OF THE PROGRAMME FOR INVESTIGATION AND INNOVATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (H2020). All PROJECT REPORTS AND PROPOSES INCLUDED AS OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT PRESENTATIONS WITHOUT THE IMPROVEMENTS OF THE QUALITY AND SECURITY OF FOODS WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TOOLS TO BE UTILY USED TO CONTROL THE SECURITY AND TRACEBILITY._x000D_ _x000D_ FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRESENT PROJECT, the RESEARCH GROUP OF EXPERIENCE ACREDITTED BY A GREAT NUMBER OF RESEARCH PROJECTS, R & D CONTRACTS AND PUBLICATIONS OF RECOGNISED PRESTIGIO. IN ADDITION, IT HAS THE NECESSARY SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES. (English)
