En la actualidad, el empleo de productos químicos es una práctica habitual en cualquier actividad (doméstica, industrial, etc.) y prácticamente en cualquier parte del mundo. Si bien, el uso de productos químicos resulta beneficioso, también presenta riesgos para los seres humanos y el medio ambiente. _x000D_ _x000D_ El dispositivo que desarrollará JM FILLING, será un equipo que trabajará conjuntamente con las lineas de llenado de producto y que permitirá detectar fallos y riesgos en las tareas de sellado de envase de producto en aerosol, eliminando los botes que presenten fallos o defectos en su estanqueidad de manera automática, sin detener la línea de producción y certificando un 99% de eficacia al cliente, eliminando riesgos tanto en almacenaje, transporte, cliente final que utilice el envase de aerosol._x000D_ _x000D_ Esta nueva metodología que aportará el nuevo dispositivo, incluye en la etapa de alineación un cabezal de medición para envase de aerosol, sin velocidad relativa entre ambos, en el descenso y centrado del cabezal. En este descenso del dispositivo de medición, toma la medida correspondiente en distintos puntos del perímetro de la embocadura, realizando varios giros del propio dispositivo de medición respecto al envase, para obtener máxima precisión en la medición.
