Property / summary
The identification of ethical issues in the relationship between care levels is the starting point for implementing interventions that promote professional and institutional commitment, necessary to: 1) improve coordination between care levels, quality of service and patient safety; 2) compare the situation between different health systems with diverse socio-health cultures and different levels of professional commitment. The objective of this study is to validate the self-compliant questionnaire of closed responses derived from qualitative studies already carried out (ERNA), as a preliminary step for its dissemination and detailed analysis at the state level, in order to describe the starting point, from the ethical perspective, of shared healthcare and the relationship between levels of care. The current version of the ERNA (67 items) after the debriefing technique will be piloted, confirming compliance with the pre-established validity and stability criteria, to obtain the final version, which will be sent to all registered doctors in Spain with public practice, including residents, in order to obtain a representative sample of them. Finally, the cross-cultural translation of the questionnaire will be carried out in order to obtain the English version of the validated questionnaire. (English)

(Spanish)
