La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de banda ancha a velocidades de al menos 100 Mbps a 7.348 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante una solución tecnológica basada en el estándar GPON en un escenario de Fibra Óptica hasta el hogar (FTTH), a 23 entidades singulares de población y 5 zonas inferiores a entidad singular de población, pertenecientes a los municipios de Gáldar, La Oliva, Santa María de Guía de Gran Canaria (provincia de las Palmas), Arico, Fasnia y Güímar (provincia de Santa Cruz de Tenerife), de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias, las cuales se especifican en el anexo Ámbito geográfico.
