    En este proyecto, TVHORADADA MAR MENOR, S.L. propone la extensión de cobertura de la red de acceso de nueva generación de alta velocidad (30 Mbps o superior) a 59 núcleos de población de los municipios de Los Alcázares, Cartagena, Fuente Álamo de Murcia, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar y Torre-Pacheco, en Murcia. La solución tecnológica escogida es LTE-TDD. Se desplegarían once estaciones base (eNodosB) sobre torres de transmisión propias o de terceros en la banda de frecuencias de 2,6GHz, para cubrir 15.758 unidades inmobiliarias potenciales. TVHORADADA MAR MENOR, S.L tiene un acuerdo con el Consorcio de Telecomunicaciones Avanzadas, S.L (COTA) que resultó concesionario en la subasta de concesiones de uso privativo de dominio público radioeléctrico del pasado noviembre de 2001 en la banda de frecuencias de 2,6 GHz para la Región de Murcia.
