La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de banda ancha a velocidades de al menos 100 Mbps a 4.146 unidades inmobiliarias de las entidades singulares de población de Aiguaviva, Campllong, Cervià de Ter, Corçà, La Jonquera y Vidreres, así como a la zona inferior a entidad singular de población Barri de Sant Pere en la zona oeste de Ripoll, localizadas en los municipios del mismo nombre, en la provincia de Girona, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH basada en el estándar GPON.
