ASIMISMO, DEBE CONSIDERARSE QUE LOS SISTEMAS DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA SE ENCUENTRAN ACTUALMENTE INMERSOS EN UN PROCESO DE TRANSFORMACION. EN PRIMER LUGAR, ESTA TRANSFORMACION ES DEBIDA A LA INCORPORACION DE UN CRECIENTE NUMERO DE FUENTES RENOVABLES DE PRODUCCION DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA BASADAS EN FENOMENOS AMBIENTALES INCIERTOS Y VARIABLES, COMO SON LA RADIACION SOLAR O LA VELOCIDAD DEL VIENTO. EN SEGUNDO LUGAR LAS NUEVAS CAPACIDADES DE COMUNICACION ENTRE LOS DISTINTOS AGENTES PARTICIPANTES EN LOS SISTEMAS ELECTRICOS, PROPORCIONADAS POR LAS LLAMADAS REDES INTELIGENTES, PERMITIRAN LA IMPLEMENTACION EFECTIVA DE SISTEMAS DE GESTION DE DEMANDA._x000D_ EL OBJETIVO DE ESTE PROYECTO ES DOBLE. POR UN LADO DISEÑAR UN MODELO DE OPERACION DEL SISTEMA ELECTRICO DOMINADO POR FUENTES DE ENERGIA RENOVABLES QUE PERMITA LA PARTICIPACION ACTIVA DE LOS VEHICULOS ELECTRICOS EN EL EN UN ENTORNO DE REDES INTELIGENTES. POR OTRO LADO, ESTE PROYECTO TIENE TAMBIEN COMO OBJETIVO DESARROLLAR HERRAMIENTAS DE DECISION QUE PERMITAN A LOS USUARIOS DE LOS VEHICULOS ELECTRICOS DETERMINAR DE MANERA OPTIMA SU PARTICIPACION EN LOS MERCADOS ELECTRICOS (DIARIO, DE AJUSTES, O DE TIEMPO REAL). FOR THESE REASONS, AND DESPITE THE CURRENT DISADVANTAGES OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE COMPARED TO THE TRADITIONAL VEHICLE IN TERMS OF AUTONOMY OR THE PRICE OF SALE TO THE PUBLIC, THE USE OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE HAS BEEN WIDELY PROMOTED OVER THE LAST YEARS IN THE COUNTRIES OF OUR ENVIRONMENT. _x000D_ for EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE IMPACT that will cause the large ESCAL INCORPORATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE in the ELECTRIC SYSTEMS in a near future. IT SHOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED THAT THE ELECTRICAL ENERGY SYSTEMS ARE CURRENTLY IMMERSED IN A PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION. FIRST, THIS TRANSFORMATION IS DUE TO THE INCORPORATION OF AN INCREASING NUMBER OF RENEWABLE SOURCES OF ELECTRIC ENERGY PRODUCTION BASED ON UNCERTAIN AND VARIABLE ENVIRONMENTAL PHENOMENA, SUCH AS SOLAR RADIATION OR WIND SPEED. In SECOND PLACE THE NEW COMMUNICATION CAPACITIES BETWEEN THE DISTINTS PARTICIPANT SYSTEMS IN ELECTRIC SYSTEMS, PROPORCIONED BY THE INTELLIGENT NETWORKS, PERMITIATIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF DEMANDA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS._x000D_ THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS DOUBLE. ON THE ONE HAND DESIGN A MODEL OF OPERATION OF THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM DOMINATED BY RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES THAT ALLOWS THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF SMART GRIDS. IN THIS WAY IT WILL BE CONSIDERED THAT THE LOADING AND UNLOADING PROCESSES OF THE VEHICLES CAN BE CONTROLLED EITHER BY THE OPERATOR OF THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM OR BY THE OPERATORS OF THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS, OR BY AN ENTITY REPRESENTING GROUPINGS OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES. ON THE OTHER HAND, THIS PROJECT ALSO AIMS TO DEVELOP DECISION TOOLS THAT ALLOW USERS OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES TO OPTIMALLY DETERMINE THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE ELECTRIC MARKETS (DAILY, ADJUSTMENTS, OR REAL TIME). THERE ARE WORKS IN THE TECHNICAL LITERATURE THAT ANALYSE THE INCORPORATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN CONVENTIONAL ELECTRIC SYSTEMS, BUT THERE ARE NO WORKS THAT ANALYSE THE INCORPORATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN FUTURE ELECTRIC SYSTEMS, WHICH ARE EXPECTED TO BE DOMINATED BY RENEWABLE ENERGIES. THIS PROJECT WILL EXPLICITLY MODEL THE UNCERTAINTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENERGY DEMANDED BY ELECTRIC VEHICLES AND THE PRODUCTION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES. The ANALISIS OF THE INCORPORATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN SYSTEMS WITH HIGH PRESENCE OF RENOVABLE ENERGY ASSESSMENT OF THE CONCEPTUAL AND MATEMATIC MODELATED POINTS._x000D_ this project is the framework for the finalisation of a legal body in the course of and for the complete development of other legal entities, for which a help has been requested for the training of doctors. AS USUAL AMONG THE MEMBERS OF THE RESEARCH GROUP OF THIS PROJECT, THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE PRESENTED THROUGH THE PUBLICATION OF ARTICULOS IN THE MOST IMPORTANT JOURNALS OF THE AREAS OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONAL RESEARCH.
