THE USE OF NATURAL AGGREGATES FROM EXISTING QUARRIES IN THESE ISLAND REGIONS OF VOLCANIC ORIGIN IS REQUIRED FOR ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS (LIMITED TERRITORIES WITH HIGH LEVELS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION), SO IT IS NECESSARY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE MATERIALS OBTAINED FROM THESE DEPOSITS, EVEN THOSE WITH PROPERTIES NOT TOO SUITABLE ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN FORCE.
