EMPLEANDO POLIMERIZACIONES CONTROLADAS TIPO ATRP O RAFT Y METODOLOGIAS ¿CLICK¿ SE PREPARARAN NUEVAS SERIES DE AZOPOLIMEROS BIFUNCIONALES Y MATERIALES HIBRIDOS NANOPARTICULAS DE ORO (AUNPS)-AZOPOLIMERO. EN EL CASO DE AZOPOLIMEROS BIFUNCIONALES, SE INCORPORARAN DOS UNIDADES ¿TIPO VARILLA¿ (UNA QUE FAVORECE LA FASE CRISTAL LIQUIDO Y OTRA QUE RESPONDE A LA LUZ) COMO GRUPOS LATERALES DE CADENAS DE POLIMETACRILATO. SI SE EVITA LA ORDENACION CRISTAL LIQUIDO PUEDEN OBTENERSE POLIMEROS AMORFOS DE EXCELENTES PROPIEDADES CON VALORES IGUALES DE BIRREFRINGENCIA LINEAL Y CIRCULAR. SE ESTUDIARAN LAS PROPIEDADES FOTOINDUCIDAS (BIRREFRINGENCIA LINEAL Y CIRCULAR, GRABACION HOLOGRAFICA DE POLARIZACION¿) EN PELICULAS PROCESADAS DE ESTOS POLIMEROS Y SE EVALUARA SU APLICACION A DISPOSITIVOS OPTICOS. ADEMAS, SE ESTUDIARAN LAS PROPIEDADES FOTOINDUCIDAS POR IRRADIACION CON LUZ CIRCULARMENTE POLARIZADA EN AZOPOLIMEROS UNIDOS A AUNPS CON EL OBJETIVO DE INVESTIGAR LA ORDENACION QUIRAL DE ESTOS SISTEMAS._x000D_ _x000D_ SE PREPARARAN COPOLIMEROS BLOQUE ANFIFILOS UTILIZANDO POLIMERIZACIONES CONTROLADAS O ACOPLAMIENTO ¿CLICK¿ DE BLOQUES PREFORMADOS PARA OBTENER COPOLIMEROS LINEAL-LINEAL O LINEAL-DENDRITICO. SE UTILIZARA UNA APROXIMACION SUPRAMOLECULAR BASADA EN EL AUTOENSAMBLADO DE UNIDADES DE 2,6-DIACILAMINOPIRIDINA Y TIMINA VIA ENLACES DE HIDROGENO MULTIPLES, PARA LA INCORPORACION DE UNIDADES QUE RESPONDAN A LA LUZ (CROMOFOROS DE AZOBENCENO O ALTERNATIVAMENTE DE CUMARINA). LA PREPARACION DE NANOPARTICULAS (NPS) O NANOCAPSULAS (NCS) POLIMERICAS EN DISOLUCION ACUOSA SE LLEVARA A CABO POR DIFERENTES METODOLOGIAS. LA RESPUESTA A LA LUZ DE LOS CROMOFOROS (FOTOISOMERIZACION O FOTORROTURA DE CROMOFOROS UTILIZANDO LUZ ROJA O NIR), LA RESPUESTA AL PH DE LA UNIDAD DE 2,6-DIACILAMINOPIRIDINA O RESPUESTA A LA TEMPERATURA (CUANDO SE USAN BLOQUES DE POLIMETACRILATO DE OLIGOETILENGLICOL) SE INVESTIGARA POR TECNICAS ESPECTROSCOPICAS, MICROSCOPIA ELECTRONICA O DLS. SUS PROPIEDADES DE RESPUESTA A ESTIMULOS SE COMPARARAN CON ANALOGOS COVALENTES. EL ENCAPSULADO Y LIBERACION ESTIMULADA DE SONDAS MOLECULARES SE ESTUDIARA UTILIZANDO FLUOROFOROS HIDROFOBOS E HIDROFILOS. Using SINTETIC MISMAS AND SIMILAR GROUPS WITH ASSESSMENT TO STIMULS, TANT MATERIALS FOR OPTICAL APPLICATIONS AS BIOMATERIAL FOR TRANSPORT AND CONTROL FREEDOM OF FARMACOS._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ FOR THE PREPARATION OF Polymers WITH LIGHT RESPONSE, have been selected as chromophores. USING CONTROLLED ATRP OR RAFT POLYMERISATIONS AND METHODS, WILL NEW SERIES OF TWO-FUNCTIONAL AZOPOLIMERS AND GOLD NANOPARTICULATE HYBRID MATERIALS (AUNPS)-AZOPOLIMERO BE PREPARED. IN THE CASE OF TWO-FUNCTIONAL AZOPOLIMEROS, TWO UNITS (ONE FAVOURING THE LIQUID CRYSTAL PHASE AND ONE THAT RESPOND TO LIGHT) WILL BE INCORPORATED AS LATERAL GROUPS OF POLYMETHACRYLATE CHAINS. IF ORDERING LIQUID CRYSTAL IS AVOIDED, AMORPHOUS POLYMERS OF EXCELLENT PROPERTIES CAN BE OBTAINED WITH EQUAL VALUES OF LINEAR AND CIRCULAR BIREFRINGENCE. THE PHOTOINDUCED PROPERTIES (LINEAR AND CIRCULAR BIREFRINGENCE, HOLOGRAPHIC POLARISATION RECORDING) WILL BE STUDIED IN PROCESSED FILMS OF THESE POLYMERS AND THEIR APPLICATION TO OPTIONAL DEVICES WILL BE EVALUATED. In addition, photo-induced PROPERTYS WITH LIGHT WITH LIGHT POLARISED IN UNITED AZOPOLIMERS WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO RESEARCH THE quiral ORDER OF THESE SYSTEMS will be studied._x000D_ _x000D_ Copolymers BLOCK ANFIFILE USED CONTROLTED polymerisations or COLLECTION CLICK of preformed BLOCKS TO OBTENER LINEAL-LINEAL or LINEAL-Dendritic copolymers. A SUPRAMOLECULAR APPROACH BASED ON THE SELF-ASSEMBLY OF 2,6-DIACILAMINOPIRIDINE AND THYMINE UNITS VIA MULTIPLE HYDROGEN BONDS SHALL BE USED FOR THE INCORPORATION OF LIGHT-RESPONSIVE UNITS (AZOBENZENE CHROMOPHORES OR ALTERNATIVELY COUMARIN CHROMOPHORES). THE PREPARATION OF POLYMERIC NANOPARTICULATES (NPS) OR NANOCAPSULAS (NCS) IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY DIFFERENT METHODS. THE LIGHT RESPONSE OF CHROMOPHORES (PHOTOISOMERISATION OR CHROMOPHORUS PHOTORROTURE USING RED LIGHT OR NIR), THE PH RESPONSE OF THE 2,6-DIACILAMINOPIRIDINE UNIT OR TEMPERATURE RESPONSE (WHEN USING OLIGOETILENGLICOL POLYMETHACRYLATE BLOCKS) SHALL BE INVESTIGATED BY SPECTROSCOPIC TECHNIQUES, ELECTRONIC MICROSCOPY OR DLS. ITS STIMULUS RESPONSE PROPERTIES WILL BE COMPARED WITH COVALENT ANALOGS. THE ENCAPSULATION AND STIMULATED RELEASE OF MOLECULAR PROBES WILL BE STUDIED USING HYDROPHOBIC FLUOROPHORES AND HYDROPHOBES. IN ADDITION, CYTOTOXICITY AND APPLICATION OF THESE POLYMERIC NPS OR NCS AS NANOTRANSPORTERS FOR RELEASE OF ANTITUMOR PHARMACOS WILL BE INVESTIGATED. (English)
