Se presentará a certificación el expediente correspondiente a Certificación de muestrarios desarrollados en el ejercicio 2016. El objetivo del proyecto a certificar es la obtención del Informe Motivado Vinculante para la correcta aplicación de deducciones fiscales por innovación. En concreto, al ser una empresa textil, podemos aplicar deducciones por el desarrollo de nuevas muestrarios, porque que el Ministerio considera innovación el hecho de que las empresas del sector hacen un esfuerzo innovador por sacar nuevas colecciones año tras año. La necesidad de desarrollar colecciones nuevas durante cada ejercicio fiscal, es la base principal de la supervivencia de toda empresa textil. En el caso de BATAVIA, la dedicación de esfuerzos es mayor, debido a la innovación de sus productos, todos de base técnica (Spanish)
