Recently we have uncovered a new FAMILY OF encrypted immunomodulatory PEPTIDs DENTER OF EXTRACULAR PROTEINS SECRETATED BY PROBIOTICS, WITHOUT COURT POINTS FOR PRINCIPLE INTESTINAL PROTEASES, AND WE WILL BE FREEED OF THE SAME MODE OF THE BIOACTIVE PEPTIDS DERIVED OF LACTE PROTEIN PROTEINS._x000D_ in this PLANT RESEARCH PROJECT to delve deeper into the description and CHARACTERISATION of these encrypted PEPTIDs. WE WANT TO STUDY ITS ABUNDANCE IN THE EXOPROTEOMA OF THE HUMAN MICROBIOME (IN SILICO) USING ONLY THE AVAILABLE GENETIC SEQUENCES. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIOACTIVITY OF THE DIFFERENT PEPTIDES ORIGINATED BY SIMULATED INTESTINAL DIGESTION WILL BE CHARACTERISED, FROM A THEORETICAL POINT OF VIEW, USING DIFFERENT COMPUTER TOOLS. FROM AMONG THE PEPTIDES FOUND, WE WILL SELECT THE 20 WITH THE GREATEST ANTI-INFLAMMATORY POTENTIAL. LATER WE WILL ESTABLISH ITS EFFECT ON DENDRITIC CELLS USING THE OMIC TECHNIQUES RNA-SEQ AND MBD OR CHIP-SEQ. THESE TECHNIQUES WILL GIVE US INFORMATION ON THE ACTION OF PEPTIDES FROM A TRANSCRIPTIONAL, EPIGENETIC AND REGULATORY POINT OF VIEW. I must stress that I will acquire experience in these technical graces to a project of mobility, granted at the expense of the European FP7, and in which I will study the INVESTMENT MECHANISMS OF THE RALSTONIA solanacearum DURANTE BACTERIA 2014._x000D_ The results of this research line will provide the base SCIENTIFICATION FOR ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FUNCIONAL FOODS BASED IN BIOACTIVE PEPTIDS, DERIVED OF THE GENETIC SECUTIONS OF THE HUMAN MICROBIOMA. THESE FOODS WOULD BE AIMED BOTH AT THE PREVENTION OF AUTOIMMUNE AND INFLAMMATORY GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES AND AT THE RELIEF OF THEIR SYMPTOMS IN SICK PATIENTS. RIVEROLA IS THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT. I THINK THEY ARE PERFECT TO START THIS NEW LINE THAT INTEGRATES MOLECULAR BIOLOGY, CELLULAR BIOLOGY, OMICAS AND BIOINFORMATICA. CELL BIOLOGY EXPERIMENTS WILL BE PERFORMED USING IN VITRO DENDRITIC CELLS (CDS) IN THE CELL LINES LABORATORY OF IPLA-CSIC.
