Currently the laundry process in industrial plants is usually carried out in a very controlled way, being the most common, have precise dosing systems of various products at different stages of washing. In the market today mostly liquid detergent laundry systems that are easy to dispense with automatic systems are used. Although some products monocomponent formed by two liquids, one would sequestering alkaline-base and the other surfactant-emulsifying base. There is also a large number of solid detergents (all in one) manually dosed in most cases, and some that are dosed by pre-dissolution systems. These systems have a rather limited use because solids have low solubility and also some of the components more effectively, such as enzymes, degrade fairly rapidly in the conditions of the pre-dissolution Cuba. The objective of this project is the research and development of a new detergent solid-liquid combined system for industrial laundry in the versatility of liquid systems and efficien (English)
